I decide to wake up early
I decide to work out
I decide to not to be late on work
I decide to read a book
I decide to be a top global on a mobile game

even i did it 1 goal at a time.
please share your thoughts.
Sometimes we are too tired, sometimes we don’t feel like taking action on our decisions. Sometimes we need to push ourselves to take action even if we don’t like because the reasons for doing it will make us better. You may ask yourself, “How would I feel if I do it anyway?” and “How would I feel if I delayed it even further?”
There are many possible reasons why we cannot keep up with the goals we have set for ourselves.
For one, it could be because we’re not properly fulfilling our basic needs : sleep, water, food, and rest… When one of our basic needs is compromised, our capabilities are also compromised and that includes our capacity to consistently meet the goals we have set.
Second, we are probably too focused on our goals that we may have forgotten why we have those goals in the first place. When we remind ourselves of our goals, do also remember why we have those goals… For example, I want to work out because I want to have a healthier body.
Lastly, we may be setting unrealistic goals and we are not even aware of it. It would be helpful to assess our current situation to see if the goals we have set are doable given our realities. For example, you want to work out everyday but your work schedule is too hectic and unpredictable, that could pose a challenge to you. Try going back to your reason for setting this goal. If it’s to have a healthier body, perhaps there is a more doable goal you can set that will help you have a healthier body despite your hectic work schedule.
The main key is to set specific goals according to your intention and realities instead of coming up with generic goals that might not fit into your current lifestyle.
