What's a mental health fact that's hard for you to accept?

honestly mine is “your worth is not measured by your productivity”… as someone who feels uneasy when im not busy i usually feel useless when i’m not doing anything… but it’s also the big reason why i’m always so tired. i know i have to rest but the thought is not very easy to ignore at times

I can relate to this. Sometimes, I even feel guilty while resting.
