Tips on building new habits

Hi! I am planning to build new habits in terms of prioritizing self-care. Can you suggest some advice or tips on how to begin?

I suggest you do it first thing in the morning. Create a healthy morning routine that revolves around the self-care that you want for yourself (e.g., meditation, reading a book, journalling, exercise, prayer time, etc.)

I personally have my own morning routine that I do even if I woke up a little bit late. I noticed it helped me when it comes to my mood and my productivity for the day. It also counts as a win! When you win first thing in the morning, you can’t help but win the entire day!
