Thinking about joining a Gym

So iniisip ko if kakayanin ko pa ba mag gym kahit 8am - 5pm yung shift ko sa work. kakayanin ko kaya yun?

try working out before work. it might help you set the tone for your day as working out releases feel-good chemicals! you can also hit the gym after work- it could help you rest better. you can do whatever you put your mind to! kaya yan!
