It feels sad when you feel being liked but not being pursued :'(, right? Especially when you like that someone and you feel like he likes you too but he feels intimidated by you thus you end up just being friends and you get to know he is pursuing someone else. (Sigh)

I share the same sentiment. I totally get you! Before, I would usually overthink it and succumb to the feeling of “When will I ever be enough?” “Hindi ba ako ka-dyowa dyowa?”. There even was a point when I felt like “Should I just change for them to not be intimidated?” But I’m glad I decided not to. I realized that I will never be “too much” for the right person. And if this person not being with me meant I’m closer to the one that’s meant for me, then I’m good. But then, it really took me time. Years even. To reach to this point. So apply more self-compassion. You’re not alone! A lot of amazing women experience the same! Also, maybe this is a call for you to enjoy this season of your life. Because when are we going to be SINGLE AS HELL if not right now?

I get this! I also had a situationship where nag sana if he only tried harded. This took a toll sa mental health ko kasi I took it as I’m not worthy of the love and affection na he won’t give me.
I can imagine how tough that must be for you. It’s never easy when there’s a connection, but circumstances get in the way. Remember that your worth is not determined by someone else’s choices, and there are people who will appreciate and pursue the wonderful person you are.
