How do you recognize when anxiety is becoming a problem for you?

When I am too anxious, I have difficulty finishing my task at hand. I need to take a few deep breaths, observe my environment and be aware of my body sensations. I have a favorite Bible verse that helps me calm down as well - “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” - Philippians 4:13
