How do you deal with Imposter Syndrome and the voice that says it’s never enough?

Change your thoughts change your life.

We all have our bouts of imposter syndrome and the inner critic. That’s not the problem. That’s just fear and our survival ego. We all have this. However, It’s only when we feed into that voice or resist it that it persists- when we get stuck in the negative loop of self-judgement because we didn’t meet our own self-inflicted expectations.
Rather, that inner room mate is an invitation to awaken the more compassionate, mindful and gracious presence within us. How often can we remain with the discomfort instead of numb it?? How long can we remain with that voice long enough to understand it and to soothe it.

Although it can be uncomfortable, that voice or Ego is just trying to protect us- to somehow survive in this dualistic and toxic achievement culture.

But once we can be aware of this voice and accept it without identifying with it, then we can be free to meet it’s deeper needs, integrate it, and speak a new inner voice and affirmation into life- we can use our triggers as opportunities to practice speaking love and faith and appreciation onto ourselves instead of self-criticism.

How would that simple practice affect our daily mood, energy, and presence we bring into the day?

What about you how do you deal with imposter syndrome?
