Finding and starting over with a new therapist

My psychiatrist had to let me go because she cannot handle more patients anymore. It was not personal. It was not because i failed. It was not because i did not improve. Maybe that makes it even harder because there is no villain here. Just an ending :frowning:

hi, so sorry to hear that :pensive_face: you’re right, sometimes it’s harder to find closure when there’s no one to blame. but I hope you’re able to find a new psychiatrist that you like soon! :slightly_smiling_face:
