Earthquakes have been hitting recently, and even if we’re safe physically, the emotional impact can be just as real. It’s totally normal to feel on edge, have trouble sleeping, or just feel “off” after something so sudden and scary. Whether you’ve been through this before or it’s your first time dealing with it, talking about the mental side of things really helps. Anyone else feeling the stress linger even after the shaking stopped?
