Reading short stories
i’m a big believer of taking breaks. during my breaks, i usually do something that does not require brainpower so my head gets to cool down. more often than not, i just feed paper into a shredder. because it’s just mechanical and doesn’t need me to think, it really helps my mind just cool off.
