Facing our triggers

Don’t shy away from your triggers. It’s not something to push down or turn a blind eye on and pretend it’s not there, instead, it is an opportunity for repair and growth. So acknowledge it, try to sit with it, maybe ask yourself if what you’re feeling is something familiar. Do some breathing exercises, say some self-affirming words, and let it go in one big and slow exhale.
