I am so patient with coworkers. So patient with friends. Actually, I never ever EVER get angry with anyone else but my family members, especially my dad. Can someone explain why that is? I want to be better.

From my exp, I think it’s cause we always see, and so it’s like all the little annoyances pile up over a long time. I also think it’s cause when I’m at home (or my room) I’m in my safe space and I let our guard down. And so things that annoy me while I’m in that zone really hit me cause there’s no guard up, and I just react more defensively.
