Deep/Unexplainable Pain

Is there a kind of pain na hindi basta-basta napprocess sa pag-iyak (yung kahit umiyak ka na nang bongga)?

Crying doesn’t actually process anything. What it does is help release pent up feelings. People tend to feel better after crying because it’s a release. But yes, there are also situations wherein even after crying there is no relief. In such situations, bongga din kasi yung naramdaman mo. So it would take more time of crying and talking about it to really move on from such things; hindi lang siya one time big time.

They say Time can heal all wounds… Yes it can be… But sometimes even after 20 or 30 years pa yan, once you get to see that person or stimulus associated with that pain, minsan you’ll realize sinupressed or you just repressed lang pala or you tried “kalimutan” it but once it sinks again at the surface andun lang pala sya, pero di na kasingsakit I guess? compared nun una… :deciduous_tree:

I guess there are. Pero it will scar with time. The pain would still sting every time you remember it but then again, what will be important is the lesson that you’ve learned from this pain that you have been through. Just let yourself cry.
