Just want to hear your thoughts about what’s been happening to me.
I work in a BPO company for 2 years now. 1 year as a customer representative, 7 months SME and 5 months as Team Leader Trainee. Yes, I grabbed every opportunity to move up.
However, my salary isn’t aligning as to what I deserve. I’m still earning the same pay since I have started. I have requested multiple times about my salary alignment, they said “yes” “okay” “soon” but I don’t feel like it’s going to be approved.
I’ve handled teams, trained agents who are now top performers. They even get shocked when they find out that their basic pay is just the whole package of what I earn monthly.
I feel used. Do I find another company and hope that my experience will give me the “alignment” I am longing for, or do I keep trusting the company that I have grown to love?
