I wanna apologize to someone, but what if that someone does not need an apology, I just recalled something I did in the past that might offend her.

If you genuinely feel you may have offended someone in the past, it’s okay to express your remorse. Approach the situation with sensitivity. Find an appropriate, private setting to talk to the person. Make sure it’s a good time for both of you. Apologize sincerely, take responsibility, and be specific about the incident.
